We live in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Humanitarian workers frequently operate under conditions where the decision making, planning, timing, execution are challenged by pressured and unpredictable circumstances.
Our training, which includes simulation processes – such as games and role plays – help to prepare humanitarian workers beyond what theory and knowledge can offer. They also help aid workers to thrive in the unknown, so the team can communicate effectively and solve problem quickly in the face of uncertainty.
